Upcoming Training: Zoom Focus Mode for exam proctoring

Zoom has a handy new feature for proctoring online exams called Focus mode. By enabling Focus Mode, the host can see all attendees. However, all other participants can only see the host, as everyone else appears as a black screen and corresponding name. This extends into screen sharing, as the host can view and switch between each participant’s shared screen, while the participants can only view their own content. This training will introduce Zoom Focus Mode and give attendees a chance to practice as test takers.
