Update Address in ADP
Employees, please take a moment to verify that your address is up to date in ADP, our payroll system, by Dec. 1. Having the correct address on file is crucial to guarantee that you receive your W-2s and any other tax documents properly and in a timely manner.
You have the option to elect to receive your W2 electronically. Doing so will provide you access to your forms by mid-January, eliminating the need to wait for physical documents to be mailed.
If you do not currently have access to ADP, please email our payroll department email@example.com to obtain your personal registration code so that you may set up your account.
Please notify our payroll department firstname.lastname@example.org if you encounter any difficulties accessing or updating your profile in ADP. We are happy to assist you with any payroll-related issues.
