Update from the Community of the Workplace Task Force
The Task Force members are continuing their work to review and evaluate the recent campus survey. We have conducted an initial review of the survey (quantitative) statements, and at present, are reviewing and coding the qualitative responses for common themes. Together, the quantitative and written responses will provide the most complete direction for assessing our campus culture and offering recommendations for improvement.
We will continue to keep the campus apprised as we work through this evaluative process, and look forward to sharing our results.
