Update to Facility Services Requests
Facility Services, with help from IT, has added the ability to attach a file to your Facility Services Requests. This should make communicating issues/needs on campus easier for staff and students.
The process to submit requests has not otherwise changed. You will now see a “Choose a File” button, allowing the attachment of images, PDFs, or other files to help with the processing of your requests.
This will be the preferred process for the future when sending files for requests. Please use this as opposed to sending separate emails as it reduces processing time and ensures accurate communications. For new key requests, the signed key request form must be attached to the request in order to be processed. Please note that the file size is limited to 5MB and only one file. You will have to bundle multiple files together into one ZIP file if you wish to submit multiple images.
