Updating Office Phone Extensions in Online Directory
An up-to-date phone directory is critical to the university’s commitment to providing world-class customer service to students, families, alumni, and other members of the global community.
So that the university switchboard is able to seamlessly transfer calls to the proper departmental representatives, please make sure that your Published Phone Number is updated in myNU. If you have not populated this information in myNU, our team in the central office may be unable to connect a caller to the proper on-campus office, which does not reflect well on the institution.
To determine if your extension is updated in the directory, click here and search for your name.
If it does not appear in the directory, please follow these instructions:
- Log into myNU.
- Click Account in the top-right corner.
- Click Edit Profile.
- Scroll down to the section titled Additional Information.
- Enter your Published Phone.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Submit.
