Volunteers Needed for Summer Orientation Information & Welcome Station

NU community volunteers are needed to staff our information and welcome tent during the upcoming summer orientation sessions to welcome our new students and their families.

This is wonderful opportunity to meet and assist many of our incoming students and their families as they visit campus.

The tent, located in the St. Vincent’s Circle is open from 8 a.m.– 6 p.m. on day 1 of each session, and from 8 a.m.– 1 p.m. on day 2.

The schedule for the information tent is:

  • Thursday, July 9, 8 a.m.– 6 p.m.
  • Friday, July 10, 8 a.m.– 1 p.m.
  • Monday, July 13, 8 a.m.– 6 p.m.
  • Tuesday, July 14, 8 a.m.– 1 p.m.
  • Thursday, July 16, 8 a.m.– 6 p.m.
  • Friday, July 17,  8 a.m.– 1 p.m.

All members of the community are invited to sign up for one, two (or more) hour time slots.
