Webinar Commemorating Hiroshima and Nagasaki
This year marks the 75th commemoration of the bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Global Nuclear Awareness is pleased to announce a free webinar, “Hiroshimashi and Nagasakishi: Never Forgotten.” This event will be broadcast live online via Zoom on Saturday, August 8, 2020, from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. EST.
Terumi Tanaka-san, a survivor of the bombing of Nagasaki, will begin the event. Then, five of our well-known speakers will present 20-minute talks in remembrance of this tragedy and about the current global situation.
