Welcome to Cathy Lanzalaco
Please join us in welcoming Cathy Lanzalaco, our new benefits and employee relations manager, to the Niagara University campus community.
Cathy, who started at NU on July 17, is an experienced human resources professional. She comes to us with a broad scope of HR experience, which includes benefits administration, wellness program development and employee relations management.
Cathy has worked at Allwell and American Sales Company (Ahold) in a variety of HR roles. She received her MBA from SUNY Empire State College and is a certified HR professional (SPHR, SHRM-SCP).
