Wellness Lunch and Learn – Wake up to Good Health
Proper sleep is a contributing factor to a person’s overall well-being. Find out the little things you do NOW that may improve your sleep. You will learn what sleep really is, the impact of sleep loss, when to get help for troubled sleep and tips for getting a good night’s sleep.
Available to all employees of Niagara University. Lunch included.
