Organizational Update: Office of the General Counsel
- Stephanie (Cole) Adams, who participated in the voluntary separation program, will serve as the Acting General Counsel until further notice. All legal inquiries, except those noted below, should be forwarded to Dr. Debra Colley or Mary Borgognoni during this interim timeframe.
- Procedures for managing conflict of interest, whistleblowing, subpoenas, service of process, and other matters set by policy and procedure are unchanged, and me be followed by using the gc@niagara.edu
- For those who negotiate and sign contracts, continue to send your contracts to gcsecretary@niagara.edu for processing, authorized signature, and final archiving.
