Ad Astra Administrative Responsibilities

Effective today, Susan Strzalkowski, assistant director of conferences and events, will assume the duty as the university’s Ad Astra administrator for all on-campus events. Susan will be responsible for approving all event requests to ensure that event times are accurate and that they are not conflicting with one another. She will also be responsible to make sure that all setups regarding egress are up to code.

Any questions regarding event approvals, setup times and last-minute requests should now be sent to Susan at Michael Jeswald will continue to provide specific drawings, if necessary.
