We are acutely aware how difficult this year has been for many of you. In 2022, we have had historic snowstorms, a racially motivated mass shooting, and most recently a fire that claimed the lives of five children. And just when we all settled in with our Buffalo Bills, we witnessed the collapse of a talented 24-year-old football player.
