Finalist Presentations for Custodial, Grounds and Snow Removal Bids
The campus community is invited to attend the presentations for custodial, grounds and snow removal bids and provide feedback to the selection committee either through forms that will be provided at the presentations, online evaluations, or by email to Chris Ferguson, email@example.com, by July 2. Your comments will be reviewed and considered by the selection committee who are charged with making a recommendation to Father Maher.
The revised schedule for presentations is as follows:
Monday, June 29:
- 1:30 – 2:45 p.m.: Stedman’s (Grounds / Snow)
- 3 – 4:15 p.m.: Elbers (Grounds / Snow)
Wednesday, July 1:
- 8:30 – 10:15 a.m.: GCA Services (Custodial / Grounds / Snow)
- 10:30 – 11:45 a.m.: DTZ (Custodial)
- 12:45 – 2 p.m.: Janitronics (Custodial)
- 2:15 – 3:30 p.m.: Aramark (Custodial)
All finalist interviews will be held in St. Vincent’s Hall, Room 405.
While this schedule is still quite compressed, it has been adjusted to allow for broader and more meaningful participation by the campus community in the selection process.
To learn more about the bid process, selection criteria and responses received from vendors, you are welcome to attend an open house information sessions at Facilities Services on Wednesday, June 24 (1-3 p.m.), or Thursday, June 25 (9-11 a.m.). These sessions will be very important in gathering comments and questions for the vendor presentations.
