LECTURE: “Empowering Women in Rural Tanzania”

Former Fulbright Fellow at the University at Buffalo, Rasel Madaha, will be speaking about his work with the non-profit, AGEN, this Saturday, June 25, from 4 – 5 p.m. on the north campus of the University at Buffalo. AGEN provides low-interest loans to rural women in Tanzania to start businesses or improve their farming practices. The event is free and open to the public.
