“New” Stop the Bleed Training
A Stop the Bleed training session will again be hosted at Niagara University by Border Community SERVICE in November. This program is being given by trainers from the Niagara County Department of Health Emergency Services in response to an initiative to teach the public to respond in a profuse bleeding situation.
“Stop the Bleed is a national awareness campaign and call-to-action. Stop the Bleed is intended to cultivate grassroots efforts that encourage bystanders to become trained, equipped, and empowered to help in a bleeding emergency before professional help arrives.” Homeland Security
The training will be held at:
St. Vincent’s Hall Room 407
