In Niagara News, by , on April 12th, 2021
As we prepare for this year’s Commencement exercises, we remind you that current Niagara University employees may be eligible to present their son, daughter or spouse with their diploma. Please see the attached policy for more details. The President awards diplomas at graduation.  Exceptions can be made for a family member currently employed at NU to give the diploma to their son, daughter or spouse. PROCEDURE The employee must make the request in writing to the Provost.  This year we have extended the deadline to April 15th.     The Provost will respond in writing to the employee and provide a copy to the Coordinator of commencement exercises.  The Coordinator will provide the employee with the expectations, and requirements for participation at this event such as times, location to meet and other details as necessary.
