Symposium begins on Catholic tradition
The university community is invited to an Open Doors event. Join students in Dr. Acosta Valle’s REL 103 class for the first in a series of symposiums on “Caring for Body, Mind and Spirit in the Christian Tradition” on Thursday, Feb. 16, at 3 p.m. in lower level Gallagher.
The guest speakers opening the series are Mark Baetzhold and Kristina Daloia, executive director and guest services coordinator, respectively, of the Heart, Love and Soul agency in Niagara Falls. They will focus on the holistic care of the human person in the Catholic tradition.
Doors open at 2:45 p.m. The event will run until 4:30 p.m.
