NU Metz Culinary Management Introduces Joe Caccamise
Metz is thrilled to announce Joe has joined our team as Retail Manager. Joe has had over 25 years of experience in the hospitality and food service industry. Most recently, he managed the Dash’s Market Marketside department. Him and his team grew profit margins by 15%, while creating and implementing improved procedures and menu offerings that are still in place today. He is very excited for this new opportunity to support the Niagara University community, students and staff.
